Return And Replacement

At Jewelvia, we want you to love every piece of jewellery you purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward Return and Replacement Policy to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return an item if:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition with the original packaging.
  • The product is undamaged and has not been worn, altered, or washed.
  • You request the return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Note: Certain items, such as customized jewellery or intimate accessories, are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Replacement Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it with an identical item or an alternative product of equal value. The replacement request must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is received in damaged or defective condition.
  • The item is the wrong product or size.
  • You contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or incorrect product.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

If you would like to return or request a replacement, please follow these steps:

A. Contact Our Customer Service

Send an email to support@jewelvia.in within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name and description
  • Reason for return or replacement
  • Clear images of the item (for damaged or defective products)

Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return/replacement process.

B. Return Instructions

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions on how to send the item back to us.

C. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by Jewelvia only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customer-paid returns: If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind, size issues), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that the product meets our return eligibility, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 2–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Full Refund: If the item is returned due to a defect or our error (wrong product received), we will provide a full refund including shipping costs.

  • Partial Refund: If the item is returned due to a change of mind or non-defective reason, we will refund the product value minus the shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order. You can contact us at support@jewelvia.in for assistance.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-replaceable:

  • Custom-designed jewellery or personalized items.

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products (if applicable).

  • Sale items (unless the product is defective).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing us with the following information:

  • Photos of the damaged/defective product.
  • A description of the damage or defect.
  • Your order number.

We will provide you with a replacement or full refund if the item is deemed defective or damaged.

8. Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been placed, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@jewelvia.in. Cancellation requests can only be honored if the item has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, the Return and Replacement Policy applies.
