At Jewelvia, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, our Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds and ensure a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- You have returned the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is in original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Note: Products that are customized, personalized, or on sale are generally non-refundable unless they are defective.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Custom-designed jewellery or personalized items.
- Intimate items, including products that have been worn or used.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
- Products returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these simple steps:
A. Contact Our Customer Service
Send an email to support@jewelvia.in with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name and description
- Reason for refund (e.g., damaged, defective, wrong product)
- Clear images of the product (for damaged or incorrect items)
Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
B. Return Instructions
Once your refund request is approved, we will provide return instructions. We will also provide a return shipping label if applicable.
C. Return Shipping Costs
- Refundable Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Jewelvia will cover the return shipping costs.
- Non-Refundable Items: If the item is returned for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect selection, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. The following steps apply:
- Full Refund: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, you will receive a full refund for the product price, including shipping charges.
- Partial Refund: If the item is returned due to change of mind, the refund will be issued for the product price only, excluding the original shipping cost.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Please note that it may take 2–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. How We Process Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout. If you used credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking, the amount will be refunded to the same account.
For other payment methods, such as Cash on Delivery, we may request an alternate bank account or payment method to process the refund.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jewelvia.in. Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our Return and Replacement Policy.
